In the morning, I was at Mulan’s place, and we were thinking of what we can cook or make in the morning. She said that she would make me pancakes, but we eventually ended up having pretty good pasta that she made, as well as doing a huge Tesco food trip where I bought a shit ton of stuff, and kind of pivoted me towards not constantly eating out and actually going grocery shopping for once.
We watched Avatar, and (using RescueTime as the reference instead of my browsing history) one notable thing that I can see is that I went to radio.garden, which is a website that lets you play the radio in any place in the world (with some qualifications of course). Notably, I ended up spending a lot of the evening on VSCode, and didn’t spend that much time on my computer in general. I don’t know what else really happened this day, but somehow I didn’t end up picking up my phone that much either. I guess it’ll remain a mystery? I don’t think I hung out much with the Sciennes group either? Or maybe I did actually oh yeah fuck I remember
Went down with the Sciennes group, and we talked for a bit at first. I was sitting apart from everyone else, and I guess it’s because I came in a little bit late (oh yeah I didn’t go for the pancake thing, which was something that happened that day.) I came back with Mulan as well. We were going to watch Avatar when I went back up, which is why I was a little bit rushed to go back up.
But yeah, we were talking, and thankfully I got included as part of the group (they just kind of asked me) to play ping pong with them, which was pretty fun. And then we started playing the game where you’re going around the table in circles, and just hitting the ball, dropping the paddle, and running across to the other side of the table.
Afterwards, we watched the movie, and it was pretty interesting. Thought it was pretty overhyped honestly, there were parts of the plot that made pretty much no sense as to why they were even in the movie in the first place, but when it got to its core, the idea was pretty cool. After reading an article about the different timelines in the movie explained, it made pretty much 100% sense, and a lot of it was what my initial idea of the movie was in the first place.
Also, this is the day @mulan first started watching sex education, in case that becomes a huge thing and she ends up finishing the show or something.
