Zettelkasten

In a nutshell, Zettelkasten is a note-taking system that encourages flat notes rather than hierarchical notes, and creating direct connections between notes to create new insights. I haven’t implemented all the details, but in general, I think I’ve done a decent job with it, and it’s stuck really well with the way I think. Compounded with the fact that the app I’m currently using (The Archive) makes it really easy to have cool keyboard shortcuts and quick entry techniques, I’ve been much more efficient with my Zettel than any note-taking system I’ve ever had.
