Soyabean Recipe
Ingredients:
- Masala
- Tomato puree
- Soyabean
Procedure:
- Take soybean in a pot and wash it (usually 1.5 muthi per serving per person)
- Put cooker on gas, you’ll make the masala in the cooker
- Make the masala 202007041522 in the cooker. (See below)
- Mix soybean in with the masala, soybean should be more than covered
- Put lid on cooker
- Keep cooking for 7-8 minutes after first whistle (on medium gas)
- Afterwards, add cut up dhaniya as garnish.
Masala recipe:
- Put cooker on gas, one kadhchi ghee (maybe 1.5)
- One chamach zeera (should sizzle)
- 0.5 - 0.75 kadhchi masala
- 1 kadhchi tomato puree
- Mix well
- 1 chamach haldi
- 1 chamach namak
- Small amount of lal mirch
- 3/4 chamach garam masala
- It will be cooked when the oil starts separating out
