Soyabean Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Masala
  • Tomato puree
  • Soyabean

Procedure:

  1. Take soybean in a pot and wash it (usually 1.5 muthi per serving per person)
  2. Put cooker on gas, you’ll make the masala in the cooker
  3. Make the masala 202007041522 in the cooker. (See below)
  4. Mix soybean in with the masala, soybean should be more than covered
  5. Put lid on cooker
  6. Keep cooking for 7-8 minutes after first whistle (on medium gas)
  7. Afterwards, add cut up dhaniya as garnish.

Masala recipe:

  1. Put cooker on gas, one kadhchi ghee (maybe 1.5)
  2. One chamach zeera (should sizzle)
  3. 0.5 - 0.75 kadhchi masala
  4. 1 kadhchi tomato puree
  5. Mix well
  6. 1 chamach haldi
  7. 1 chamach namak
  8. Small amount of lal mirch
  9. 3/4 chamach garam masala
  10. It will be cooked when the oil starts separating out
