Second day in Liverpool, got up really late, went to Greggs for breakfast which was absolutely superb. Went to the station, took the train over to Manchester, and met nivedits parents, which was pretty cool. They are pretty similar, the dad is very Indian in the way he acts while the mom is very british. It was cool to get to see an Indian family in the UK and how they are with each other. Nivedit then took me to the mall, Trafford Center, which was absolutely huge and pretty awesome to check out. Then we went golfing at the driving range, which was harder than I thought at first, it was hard to hit the ball, but eventually I got the hang of it. I kept slicing it right, but I think I know what was wrong — when I wasn’t taking my backswing all the way back, and when I say all the way back I mean to the left, and not giving myself a wide enough angle to hit the ball - also definitely has to do with my shoulder not being tucked - I think that was why my shots kept curving to the right. Went to Akbar’s afterwards, which had pretty good food and this weird naan which was kept vertically on this strip thing and was absolutely huge. Afterwards, took the train to york, which was pretty cool to check out. Don’t remember exactly what I did on Sunday night.
