Making Masala
This is the masala making procedure that goes into things like Soyabean Recipe 202006181031, White Chaney 202007041213, etc.
Depending on the quantity of the dal, these numbers can be adjusted (up to even 2 kadhchi masala, and 2.5 kadhchi tomato even)
- Put cooker on gas, one kadhchi ghee (maybe 1.5)
- One chamach zeera (should sizzle)
- 0.5 - 0.75 kadhchi masala
- 1 kadhchi tomato puree
- Mix well
- 1 chamach haldi
- 1 chamach namak
- Small amount of lal mirch
- 3/4 chamach garam masala
- It will be cooked when the oil starts separating out
