Rust (this is a shitty answer)

My favorite project in recent memory was implementing a multithreaded web server in Rust, from scratch. I really enjoyed it because I got the chance to learn a fascinating language and dive deep into its fundamentals, while also learning networking fundamentals and finally, being able to test my knowledge by building a complete, functional product. It was really fun!
