Attention to detail is one of my strengths

Thinking about this in the context of Mulan’s strengths in relation to the lunar new year celebration 202301230048, and also my upcoming performance review.

I think one of my strengths is also attention to detail. Unlike Mulan, who either often doesn’t have the confidence to bring up things that she’s noticed or doesn’t have the expertise to notice them at all, I’ve noticed more and more that I’ve been able to both notice and take action on small details I’ve noticed to make them better.
