1. Write a unit test for the hard deletion fix. Push up the change.
2. Finish writing the unit test for the MySQL message poller.
3. Push up 1 PR with all of the changes. Take a look at the files and determine if any of the changes might be better.
4. Rough outline for the new grad sessions doc.
